The problem with most marketed “Healthy Snacks” is that they’re not actually healthy. Check the back of the wrappers and you’ll find all sorts unnatural and unhealthy nasties in there. Just because the ingredients list contains one or two healthy ingredients it doesn’t make the whole snack healthy. Watch out for ingredients such as artifical sweeteners, soy and vegetable oils as these are all quite common in “Health Snacks”. If you see an ingredient you’re unfamiliar with or hard to pronounce, be cautious.
